Notes :

1. Teams qualifying in the Top 12 have until January 18th, 2004 to confirm their acceptance of the invitation.  Entry fee cheques must be received by January 21st. 
2.

After the January 18th deadline, the ACT Steering Committee will proceed to next qualifiers from the ACT Point List.

3. If a spot in this event is available at the time that any of the four provincial champions are declared, the spot or spots will be offered to the new  provincial champions.  If more than one provincial champion elects to  exercise this option, it will be administered on a first come first serve basis. 
4 Only teams with a minimum of three (3) original players are eligible for the ACT Championships. 
5 In the event a team arrives at or is required to field a team that does not consist of at least three original players, the team will be required to pay a financial penalty in the form of an increased entry fee and loss of a percentage of any winnings.
