Nov-21	Made some adjustments to ACT Points for Consolation events.  Points for Consolations should still be at 50% of dollars won.

Oct-23	All points revised to reflect points calculation error.  During the 2005/06 Season, a motion was passed by the ACT Steering Committee to change the points for dollars won by non playoff teams from 50% to 20%.
